Culture

Pascal’s lifelong love of dance sparked her passion for movement and wellness. With over six years of experience empowering people through Pilates, she believes that movement is essential for overall wellbeing, and she is dedicated to helping others benefit from the transformative power of Pilates.

Her mission is to create a welcoming space where people feel inspired to move, grow, and connect within a supportive community. Sharing her passion for Pilates and helping others feel their best is a dream come true.

Alongside her husband Dan, a teacher in a local school, and their two children Saige and Archer, they’ve created a premium quality space that nurtures both body and mind for all of the Bayside Community to enjoy.

Our Values

Welcoming & Inclusive

Everyone is welcome at Stretch Pilates. We celebrate diversity and create a space where all bodies, backgrounds, and abilities feel seen, supported, and respected.

Celebrate Movement

We focus on what your body can do. With positive language and mindful cues, we help you build strength, confidence, and a deep appreciation for your body.

Growth Through Challenge

Progress looks different for everyone. Our classes are designed to support your journey—whether you're here for a stretch, a push, or a breakthrough.

Space to Connect

Stretch Pilates is more than a studio—it’s a community. We value connection, freedom to move, and quality experiences that keep you coming back.
