Bumps & Bubs

  • Pre & Postnatal Reformer Pilates
    Safe. Supportive. Strengthening.

    Our Pre & Postnatal Pilates classes are specially designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy and into the postpartum journey. Whether you're newly pregnant or well into your third trimester, you’re welcome to join us at any time. These gentle yet strengthening sessions focus on building stability, core support, posture, and breath—helping your body prepare for birth and recover afterward.

    Postpartum participants are welcome from six weeks post-birth (with medical clearance). These classes support your recovery by safely rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength, improving posture, and re-connecting with your body.

    Bubs are absolutely welcome! Whether they’re snoozing in a capsule, playing nearby, or joining in the cuddle breaks, this is a special time to bond with your baby and take care of yourself too.

    More than just a workout, these sessions are a wonderful way to connect with other new and expecting parents in the Bayside community. Move, strengthen, and feel supported—together.

Stretch Crèche

  • You Move - They Play - Win Win!!

    Need a little help making time for your workout? Our Stretch Crèche offers a safe, supervised playpen space for up to four children per session, right within view of the reformers. Please check the Stretch Pilates App for Crèche booking availability.

    While supervision is provided, please note:

    Parents are responsible for feeding, changing, or settling their child if needed.

    If a child becomes unsettled for an extended period, we may kindly ask the parent to step away from their class to ensure the comfort of all members.

    We recommend bringing toys or comfort items to help keep your child happy and engaged.
